Emerson participates in Market Day, a fundraising program that offers restaurant quality food. Funds raised through this program help the Music Boosters and the PTA continue to provide our students with quality programs and music scholarships throughout the district. Ten percent of the total amount of each sale comes back to the community.
Help wanted…
In order to receive our share of Market Day proceeds, Emerson must send at least two helpers to Market Day pickup each month! We currently are in need of Market Day helpers, so please encourage anyone interested in volunteering to contact Julie Hassler at hasslertwo@comcast.net. Older kids are welcome to come and help out, and this also can be a great way for scouts or other such groups to earn community service hours.
