Chess Club
Chess Club at Emerson School is a lunchtime program sponsored by the PTA. Any student in grades 1-5 who has a signed permission slip is welcome to participate during their recess time.
Over 70 Emerson students participate in Chess Club each Thursday from January through March. During Chess Club, members challenge each other to matches, learn moves and strategies from parent helpers and grow their minds through play.
