To bring you a little closer to the science of the everyday – and sometimes not so everyday – Emerson School is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Science Olympiad Fun Night to be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Please visit the Science Olympiad page for more details.

This online form lists volunteer opportunities as well, so please consider helping out. (If you prefer, a limited number of hard copy registration forms are available in the Emerson School office.)

Science Olympiad Supplies Needed

The Science Olympiad Committee is collecting supplies for a number of the experiments, including:

  • 100 small cups with lids
  • Berry boxes
  • Styrofoam cups
  • Empty & clean 2 litre bottles with caps
  • Funnels - medium size
  • Empty & clean Lunchable tray
  • Dixie Cups - 5oz
  • Dixie Cups - 3 oz
  • Balloons
  • Ziplock Sandwich bags

Please see the attached flyer for the full list of items needed. If you would like to donate any of these items, please drop them off in the Emerson school office by Monday, Feb. 13.
